At Retykle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your pre-loved and new designer childrenswear. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 7 days of receipt for Retykle store credit.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Retykle account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the items are in their original condition with all Retykle authentication tags still attached, and place them securely in the original shipping bag or box.
Drop-off or Collection
Depending on your location, drop off the parcel at our designated studio or schedule a courier collection through our integrated returns portal.
Receive Store Credit
Once our team inspects and approves the returned items, your account will be credited within 3-5 business days, ready for your next sustainable fashion find.
